The team make their way by paddle up a wild river lost in the pampa, where the satellite maps forget the terrain. Between cliffs, fishermen met along the water and sketchbooks pulled out at the rare stops, they aim for a headland and its right-hander, strewn with boulders and whirlpools. Their “El Dorado on water” has to be earned.
