From Soulac to Cap Breton, the team swap the van for fatbikes made of bamboo and flax and home-made trailers, to follow 250 km of beaches as close to the waves as possible. Surfboards, fishing rods and video kit strapped on, they aim for complete self-sufficiency in wine country, a dress rehearsal for a bigger caper to come.
